This mini has fully adjustable straps, two ties in back for a perfect fit and hangs 28" from neckline to hem. It is fully lined from top to bottom and has that little slit at the hem to show a bit of leg. It runs true to size and has a tiny bit of stretchiness with only 3% spandex.
